Printable Thanksgiving Place Cards

This Thanksgiving craft is one that can keep your older kids busy while you prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving place cards not only add a flair to your dinner table, but they also serve another purpose. The place cards allow each guest to write down the top 3 things they are thankful for this year - along the back of the card. These "I'm thankful for" messages can be seen by the family since they are on the back of the card, enabling everyone to share in the things that we are grateful for.

To make your own, just click on the image thumbnail below to download the full-size PDF. (You'll need a PDF viewer such as the free Adobe Reader to open it). Once opened, simply print the file, then cut along the outside borders, and fold at the center dashed fold lines. The names of each guest can be hand-written on each card. If your kids are old enough to safely use scissors (or you have kid-friendly scissors for the younger ones), you can keep them busy printing and cutting out the cards, and then having them write down the names of the dinner guests on each.
